In the midst of all the chaos I didn't really understand the big deal. I was just tired of how rude the world had become. In the panic of some and the calm of others I have seen many judgments, comments, and belittling of each other in this time of need. I realized that fear makes us all act different; whether it is fear of our own or the fear of others. We all deal with situations differently so please, deal with it kindly. These people that are scared already have enough on their plates and the last thing we need to do is judge them for how they are handling this crazy outburst of people, panic, and illness. Fear doesn't just affect those experiencing it, fear affects those around. In light of this, I hope you are all aware that we are ALL being affected by the fear of the world right now. But we are warriors of faith not fear. Yes, we are being affected by fear, but it is our job to respond in faith. While the world seems to be crumbling around us it is our commitment to put this in God's hand's and realize God's got this. It is our job to stand strong in our beliefs, despite everything that seems to be crashing down around us. We need to be wise in following our authority that God himself has placed above us. We need to be safe and stay healthy. We need to try and do our best to avoid this virus; and ultimately we need to lay this down at the feet of Jesus and allow ourselves to trust him with our past, present, and future. I choose not to fear because I know that God has promised me a future and a family that I do not yet have. Look toward the promises that God has given you and choose to live in peace at the fact that everything that has happened and is going to happen does not surprise God. Have faith that he has you in his hands. It is time to stop living as victims of fear and start living as warriors of faith.
